Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level. The cleaned steel structure surface shall be coated within 8 hours.

Compatible Coatings

Acrylic Coating,Polyurethane Coating,Fireproof Coating etc.

Construction conditions:
Substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity <85% and wind speed ≤ Level 3.Outdoor applications shall avoid rainy, foggy, or dusty conditions, as well as morning/evening dew formation.Under normal circumstances, the coated surface should not be exposed to rain within 16 hours after application.

Notes:

1.For hard-to-coat areas on steel such as corners, depressions, and welds, to prevent the formation of coating defects like bubbles and pinholes in these areas, first apply local brush coating using a brush, and then proceed with normal large-area coating.
2.If multiple coats are to be applied, after completing the application of each preceding coat, the preceding coating film should be inspected before applying the next coat of paint.Inspection items include the degree of dryness and thickness, as well as the presence of bubbles, pinholes, wrinkling, etc., so that timely adjustments can be made during the next coating application.
3.Generally, two-component coatings should be used up within 5 hours after mixing, as exceeding this time limit may affect the coating quality.
4.After use, the curing agent container must be tightly closed and used up as soon as possible to prevent reactions with moisture in the air, which could result in losses.

Storage:

1.The product must be stored in tightly sealed containers in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature range is 0-35°C.
2.The product shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Beyond this period, the product may be retested according to specifications. If compliant, it may continue to be used.

Safety:

1.Use only in well-ventilated areas. Avoid inhalation of mists or vapors. Prevent contact with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention.
2.When applying in confined or poorly ventilated spaces, mandatory forced ventilation and full protective equipment (respirator, gloves, goggles) must be used.
