2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring optimal adhesion and performance.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature remains at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. If substrate temperatures drop below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid commencing construction on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, as well as during condensation-prone periods like mornings and evenings for outdoor tasks.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, use a mechanical stirrer to ensure component A is thoroughly mixed, then blend evenly with component B to achieve uniformity.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is vital to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid balance, compromising the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a minimum dry film thickness of 70μm, ideally applying 1 to 2 coats for balanced coverage.
4. After mixing the two-component paint, it should be utilized within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity, as exceeding this time frame may degrade quality.
5. Keep the curing agent securely covered and use promptly once opened, as it can react with water vapor in the air, leading to potential losses.
