2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force at level 3 or less. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, epoxy resin and curing agent activities cease, halting construction. Avoid outdoor projects during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, as well as during morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A, followed by a uniform mix with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid balance and impair paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing the application in 1 to 2 coats.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to preserve coating integrity.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure it is tightly sealed and used promptly to avoid loss from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
