2.Surface treatment:
Ensuring optimal surface preparation, the steel surface should be meticulously shot or sand blasted to an Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to achieve an St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
To secure ideal results, the substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force at or below level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting, halting construction. Outdoor application should avoid adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, and sand, as well as morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly employ mechanical stirring to blend component A, followed by mixing with component B for uniform consistency.
2. Regular stirring during application is essential to prevent sedimentation which could disrupt the balance between powder and liquid, thereby impacting the quality of the paint film.
3. For optimal protection, a dry film thickness of at least 70μm is recommended, with 1 to 2 coats applied.
4. Once mixed, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure the highest coating quality. Extending beyond this period might compromise the results.
5. After consumption of the curing agent, ensure it is tightly sealed and used promptly to prevent any unwanted reactions with moisture in the air, thereby avoiding potential losses.
