2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is precision-blasted or manually treated to achieve a pristine, rust-free finish up to Sa2.5 or St3 quality.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with humidity below 85%, and wind calm at ≤ level 3. Avoid construction when the temperature is below 5°C, as this halts epoxy resin reactions. Suspend work in adverse weather, including rain, fog, and high wind conditions.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanically stir component A to a uniform consistency before blending thoroughly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring to prevent sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio for optimal paint film quality.
3. Achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm with 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating excellence.
5. Reseal and promptly use the curing agent after opening to prevent degradation from air moisture.
