2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring a pristine foundation.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal conditions, ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity <85%, and wind force ≤ level 3. When temperatures drop below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, employ mechanical stirring to achieve a uniform mix of component A before blending evenly with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is essential to prevent sedimentation and maintain an ideal powder to liquid ratio, safeguarding the quality of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to preserve coating quality.
5. Post-use, tightly cover the curing agent and use promptly to avert losses from reactions with moisture in the air.
