2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. When temperatures dip below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid outdoor applications during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions and during morning and evening times when condensation can occur.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend evenly with component B for a consistent mixture.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid balance and compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. Ensure that the dry film thickness meets or exceeds 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats completed for full protection.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be applied within 5 hours to preserve coating quality. Exceeding this time frame can negatively impact performance.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and use it promptly to prevent losses from reactions with moisture in the air.
