2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be shot blasted or sand blasted to a Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to a St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must remain 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force should not exceed level 3. If the substrate temperature dips below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease reacting, necessitating a halt in construction. Weather conditions such as rain, fog, high winds, or sandstorms, as well as morning and evening condensation, should be avoided for outdoor construction.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to usage, component A must be mixed thoroughly using mechanical stirring, followed by a uniform blend with component B.
2. Stirring should be done regularly throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disturb the powder-to-liquid ratio and impact the overall quality of the paint film.
3. A recommended dry film thickness of ≥70μm should be achieved, with 1 to 2 coats applied for optimal results.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours, as exceeding this timeframe might compromise the coating quality.
5. After the curing agent is used, ensure it is sealed tightly and consumed swiftly to avoid losses from reactions with air moisture.
