2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or diligently rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring a pristine canvas for application.

3. Construction conditions:
To guarantee optimal results, ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, maintain relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting. Avoid construction on days with rain, fog, high winds, or sand, as well as during morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, ensuring a uniform blend before combining evenly with component B.
2. Continuously stir during application to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid balance and compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, ideally completing 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. Once mixed, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours. Exceeding this timeframe may detrimentally affect the coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and use promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
