1. Introduction:

2. Surface Preparation:
The steel surface is expertly shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to remove rust up to St3 level.

3. Application Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Avoid installation during inclement weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, and sand, as well as condensation during morning and evening for outdoor projects.

4. Important Notes:
1. Before application, use a mechanical stirrer to thoroughly mix component A, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Continuously stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film quality.
3. For optimal results, ensure a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as necessary.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity.
5. After using up the curing agent, seal it tightly and use promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with atmospheric moisture.
