2.Surface treatment:
Steel surfaces must be meticulously prepared through shot or sand blasting to achieve a smooth Sa2.5 standard, or manually treated to reach St3 level, ensuring optimal primer adherence.

3.Construction conditions:
For best results, ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid proceeding during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, or strong winds, and watch out for condensation during dawn and dusk in outdoor settings.

4.Notes:
1. Before commencing, vigorously use mechanical stirring to blend component A, then evenly unite it with component B, ensuring a uniform mix.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the application process to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, potentially compromising the quality of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of no less than 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. The two-component paint mixture should ideally be utilized within 5 hours of preparation to maintain impeccable coating quality.
5. After opening, the curing agent must be resealed tightly and used promptly to prevent exposure to air moisture, which could lead to unwanted reactions and material loss.
