1. Introduction:

2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4. Notes:
1. Begin by thoroughly mixing component A with mechanical stirring. Once mixed, combine it evenly with component B for optimal performance.
2. Stir the mixture regularly during application to avoid sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio and maintaining the superior quality of the paint film.
3. We recommend a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, achieved with 1 to 2 coats.
4. Use the combined two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure the best coating quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent is tightly sealed after use to prevent reaction with air moisture, and use promptly to avoid loss.
