2.Surface treatment:
Ensure the steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually refined to St3 level for top-notch results.

3.Construction conditions:
For seamless application, maintain substrate temperature 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should be halted if substrate temperature is below 5°C due to halted epoxy resin and curing agent reactions. Avoid outdoor projects during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and be cautious of morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prioritize mechanical stirring to uniformly mix component A, followed by integrating with component B for optimal application.
2. Consistent stirring during coating is essential to avert sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder to liquid balance, impacting paint film quality.
3. Achieve optimal protection with a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as needed.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to preserve coating quality.
5. Securely cover the curing agent after use to prevent reaction with atmospheric moisture, ensuring it is used promptly to avoid losses.
