2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot or sand blasting to the impeccable Sa2.5 level, or carefully rust-removed manually to achieve the St3 standard.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and wind force maintained at or below level 3. When the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, halting construction. Outdoor work should avoid adverse conditions such as rain, fog, wind, sand, and condensation during morning and evening hours.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, vigorously stir component A using mechanical methods until thoroughly uniform, then blend seamlessly with component B for optimal results.
2. Consistently stir the mixture throughout the coating process to avert sedimentation, thereby maintaining the proper powder to liquid ratio and ensuring the highest quality paint film.
3. For best outcomes, the dry film thickness should be maintained at or above 70μm, completing the application in one to two coats.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to preserve coating quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent is securely sealed and used promptly after opening to prevent losses due to reactions with atmospheric moisture.
