1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to an impeccable Sa2.5 level, or manually polished with care to reach St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature maintains a steady 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity comfortably below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should be halted when temperatures fall below 5°C, as this prevents the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, or windy conditions, as well as sandy days and morning/evening condensation, especially during outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, employ mechanical stirring to achieve an even mixture of Component A, followed by the integration of Component B, ensuring consistency throughout.
2. Maintain periodic stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the crucial powder-to-liquid balance, thereby affecting the quality of the resultant paint film.
3. For optimal results, it's advised to maintain a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats accordingly.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within a 5-hour window to uphold superior coating quality.
5. After the curing agent has been expended, ensure it is securely sealed and consumed promptly to mitigate potential reactions with atmospheric water vapor that could lead to unforeseen losses.
