1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. It's essential to avoid rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days, and condensation during mornings and evenings for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure mechanical stirring thoroughly mixes component A, followed by a uniform blend with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, as this could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance, negatively impacting the paint film's quality.
3. For optimal results, a dry film thickness of at least 70μm is advised, with 1 to 2 coats to be applied.
4. Typically, the mixed two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours. Delays might compromise coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal tightly and use promptly to prevent losses from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
