1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, ensuring optimal adherence, or via manual rust-removal to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be meticulously maintained at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should cease when the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid any construction during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, high winds, or sandstorms, and also during morning and evening times when condensation is likely.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A for uniformity, followed by an even mixture with component B.
2. During the coating process, regular stirring is essential to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and undermine the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be at least 70μm, achieved in 1 to 2 coats to ensure optimal protection.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to maintain the integrity of the coating.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, it must be securely covered and utilized promptly to prevent degradation or losses due to reactions with ambient moisture.
