2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be shot blasted or sandblasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to the St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Outdoor construction should avoid rainy, foggy, windy, sandy conditions, and morning or evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure component A is evenly mixed through mechanical stirring, followed by evenly mixing with component B.
2. Stir periodically during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which can lead to an unbalanced powder-to-liquid ratio, affecting paint film quality.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats completed for optimal results.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal tightly and consume promptly to avert losses from reactions with air moisture.
