2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity <85%, and wind force ≤ level 3; if the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid outdoor work during rain, fog, strong winds, and morning or evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is essential to prevent sedimentation that could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for optimal results.
4. Use the two-component paint within 5 hours post-mixing to maintain coating quality.
5. After depleting the curing agent, seal it tightly and use promptly to avoid degradation from air moisture reactions.
