2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to the precise St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is maintained at least 3°C above the dew point, with the relative humidity under 85% and wind force no greater than level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, pause construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid construction during inclement weather such as rain, fog, wind, and sand, as well as during morning and evening condensation for exterior projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly blend component A with mechanical stirring for consistent mixing before combining it evenly with component B.
2. Regular stirring is essential during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid balance and compromise paint film quality.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be ≥70μm, achieved in 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. The two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours post-mixing to maintain superior coating quality.
5. Securely cover the curing agent after use to prevent reactions with ambient water vapor, ensuring it is used promptly to avoid unnecessary losses.
