2. Surface treatment:
Achieve optimal performance by shot blasting or sand blasting the steel surface to Sa2.5 level, or removing rust manually to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity below 85% and wind force at or below level 3. Avoid application when the substrate temperature falls under 5°C, as reaction halts between the epoxy resin and curing agent. Refrain from construction on rainy, foggy, windy days, or during morning and evening condensation outdoors.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A before combining evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, which can skew the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality. Prolonged storage may degrade the product.
5. Seal the curing agent tightly after use and consume promptly to prevent reaction with atmospheric moisture, which could lead to product loss.
