2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sandblasting to Sa2.5 level or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity under 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. When the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent halt their reaction, necessitating a pause in construction. Outdoor application should be avoided on rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, as well as during early morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, followed by an even blend with component B.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which can skew the powder to liquid ratio, thus affecting the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness reaches or exceeds 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for optimal results.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours; exceeding this time frame may compromise coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, it must be sealed tightly and used promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with water vapor in the air.
