2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or expertly rust-removed to St3 level.

3. Construction Conditions:
The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity kept under 85%, and wind speeds ≤ level 3; when temperatures drop below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Outdoor construction should avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Before application, ensure component A is thoroughly mixed using mechanical stirring, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is essential to prevent sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness should be ≥70μm, and ideally, 1 to 2 coats are completed.
4. After mixing, it is best to use the two-component paint within 5 hours. Delay beyond this time may degrade the coating quality.
5. Post-usage of the curing agent, ensure it is securely covered and utilized promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with atmospheric moisture.
