2. Surface treatment:
Ensure steel surfaces are meticulously shot or sand blasted to an Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to an St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction conditions:
Maintain substrate temperatures at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity below 85% and wind force no greater than level 3. Construction should not proceed if substrate temperatures fall below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will no longer react. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, and avoid morning and evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Consistently stir during application to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for best results.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure optimal coating quality, as delays can affect performance.
5. After the curing agent is opened, seal it tightly and use promptly to prevent degradation from air moisture.
