2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be shot blasted or sandblasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, reactions between the epoxy resin and curing agent cease, halting construction. Avoid construction during rainy, foggy, or windy days, and prevent condensation during morning and evening hours for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Before application, use mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then blend it evenly with component B.
2. Stir intermittently during application to prevent sedimentation, which might disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. To achieve optimal results, ensure a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats.
4. The mixed two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours to preserve the coating's quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it immediately to prevent reactions with air moisture, which could lead to losses.
