2. Surface Treatment:
Ensure optimal performance by preparing the steel surface through shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to St3 level.

3. Construction Conditions:
To achieve the best application results, maintain substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force at a maximum of level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid outdoor application during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring before combining evenly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during application to prevent sedimentation that can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, thus impacting the paint film quality.
3. It is advisable to apply the coating to achieve a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours to preserve the quality of the coating.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, ensure it is tightly sealed and used promptly to prevent adverse reactions with atmospheric water vapor, safeguarding against potential losses.
