2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is carefully shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, as well as condensation during morning and evening for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A, followed by an even mix with component B.
2. Continuously stir during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise paint film quality.
3. A dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, with 1 to 2 coats completed.
4. Post-mixing, it is advisable to use up the two-component paint within 5 hours to prevent any degradation in coating quality.
5. Upon consuming the curing agent, secure it tightly and use it promptly to avert losses due to air moisture reactions.
