Construction Technology

1. Prepare your steel structure by thoroughly removing contaminants and rust, applying no less than two coats of premium anti-rust primer for optimal preparation.

2. Once the primer dries completely, ensure the surface is free from dust and dirt before proceeding with the fire-retardant coating application.

3. Stir the product thoroughly before use. Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying. If needed, dilute with a controlled amount of up to 10% to achieve desired viscosity.

4. Adhere to a methodical application approach, moving from top to bottom, left to right, inside to outside, tackling challenging areas first, and using a cross-hatch technique.

5. Match the coating thickness and layers to the fire protection standards provided by design and the fire department.

6. For adherence, ensure the first layer is ≤ 0.4mm thick. Apply subsequent layers only after the previous one is fully dry, until total thickness meets design criteria.

7. Maintain the construction temperature between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity under 85%. Avoid working during rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or when condensation is present.

8. Once fire-retardant coating requirements are met and the surface is dry, apply 1-2 coats of specialized fire-retardant topcoat for added protection and aesthetic appeal.

9. Allow a minimum of 24 hours between consecutive coatings.

10. Refer to the latest test report for precise construction dosage and coating thickness at each application stage.

1. Utilize a specialized sprayer for airless spraying. Avoid over-dilution to maintain adhesion quality. Do not proceed if wind force exceeds level 5.

2. Control the product usage strictly during application to ensure the coating achieves the required thickness.

3. It is essential to store this product in an environment with temperatures ranging from 0-38ºC. Ensure it remains distanced from fire and heat sources while avoiding direct sunlight exposure for optimal safety and preservation.
