Advanced Construction Technology Guidelines

1. Begin by thoroughly decontaminating and rust-proofing the steel substrate, applying at least two coats of premium anti-rust primer for optimal protection.

2. Once the primer is completely dry, ensure that all surface dust and dirt of the anti-rust paint are removed before applying the fire-retardant coating.

3. Before application, the product must be stirred until perfectly uniform. The application is versatile, allowing for brushing, rolling, or spraying. Should the viscosity prove excessive, a controlled dilution using a diluent should not exceed 10% of the total coating.

4. Adhere to a systematic process for application: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-first then outside, tackling complex areas first and concluding with simple sections, maintaining a crisscross pattern.

5. Determine the necessary coating layers and thickness based on the fire protection grade standards set forth by design and fire safety regulations.

6. To ensure maximum adhesion, the initial coating thickness must not exceed 0.4mm; subsequent layers should only be applied once the prior one is completely dry, continuing until the required total thickness is achieved.

7. Maintain construction temperatures between a precise 5ºC to 38ºC and ensure humidity levels do not surpass 85%. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or condensation on steel surfaces.

8. After achieving the requisite fire-retardant coating thickness and ensuring it is thoroughly dry, apply 1-2 layers of a specialized fire-retardant topcoat, which can be tinted for additional protection and aesthetic appeal. Direct coloring of the fire-retardant coating itself is not recommended.

9. Allow a minimum of 24 hours between consecutive coatings to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.

10. Consult the latest product test report to determine the precise construction dosage and coating thickness required at each application stage.

Important Notes

1. For airless spraying applications, employ a specialized sprayer to maintain product integrity. Excessive dilution should be avoided to prevent compromising product adhesion. Refrain from construction efforts when wind speeds exceed level 5.

2.

3. Store within an ideal environment ranging from 0-38ºC, ensuring it is placed far from potential fire and heat sources while avoiding direct exposure to sunlight.

4. This product boasts a robust storage lifespan of up to 12 months.
