This extraordinary coating is engineered using state-of-the-art American technology, featuring acrylic resin as its core and a cutting-edge P-N intumescent flame-retardant system. Every batch is produced in a fully enclosed automated environment ensuring unparalleled quality. Revel in its superior weather, water, acid, alkali, and heat resistance. It defies salt spray corrosion and UV radiation, while its high bonding strength guarantees longevity. With a remarkable fire resistance limit and aesthetic appeal, it has passed the rigorous scrutiny of the National Fire Protection and Flame Retardant Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

Construction Technology

1. Prepare the steel substrate meticulously by removing contaminants and applying at least two coats of premium anti-rust primer for optimal protection.

2. Once the primer is fully dry, cleanse the surface thoroughly before proceeding to apply the specialized fire-retardant coating.

3. Ensure the product is evenly stirred before application. Whether brushing, rolling, or spraying, manage viscosity carefully. If necessary, use a diluent, keeping it within 10% of the total coating volume.

4. Execute the application following a strategic pattern: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, from inside to outside, tackling challenging areas first, then simpler regions, in a criss-cross manner.

5.

6. To guarantee adhesion, the initial layer should not exceed 0.4mm in thickness. Subsequent layers can only be applied after ensuring the previous layer is completely dry, until the desired total thickness is achieved.

7. Optimal construction conditions require temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity below 85%. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, fog, or strong winds.

8. Once the coating satisfies the thickness requirement and is fully dry, apply 1-2 layers of a fire-retardant topcoat for enhanced protection and visual appeal. Coloring the fire-retardant coating itself is discouraged.

9. Ensure a minimum 24-hour interval between consecutive coatings.

10. For precise application, refer to the product's latest test report regarding dosage and layer thickness at each stage.

Notes

1. When opting for airless spraying, use a designated sprayer. Avoid over-dilution to maintain product adhesion. Do not proceed with construction if wind strength exceeds level 5.

2. Exercise meticulous precision in controlling the product dosage during application to guarantee that the coating thickness perfectly aligns with the required specifications.

3. Ensure secure storage within a well-regulated environment maintaining temperatures between 0 to 38ºC. Keep the product distanced from fire and heat sources, and shield it from direct sunlight exposure.

4. Enjoy peace of mind with a reliable storage period extending up to 12 months.
