Product description
Durable Outdoor Ultra-thin Intumescent (Oil-based) Fireproof Coating for Steel Structures
Our state-of-the-art product harnesses the power of acrylic resin as its solid foundation and incorporates a P-N intumescent flame-retardant system as the core ingredient. Infused with cutting-edge American technology, production is executed in a fully automated, enclosed environment, ensuring unmatched quality. This coating stands resilient against the elements, boasting outstanding weatherproofing, water and chemical resistance, including acid and alkali fortitude, heat exposure durability, and salt spray corrosion resistance, topped with superior ultraviolet radiation shielding. Its extraordinary characteristics include exceptional bonding strength, prolonged fire resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing finish.

Construction Technology
1. Begin by thoroughly decontaminating and rust-proofing the steel structure substrate. Ensure to apply at least two layers of premium anti-rust primer for optimal protection.
2. Once the primer is fully set and dry, cleanse the surface of any dust and dirt before proceeding with the application of the steel structure fire-retardant coating.
3. Prior to application, ensure the product is evenly stirred for consistency. Apply using brush, roller, or spray techniques. If necessary, control viscosity by adding a diluent, not exceeding 10% of the overall coating volume.
4. Follow a strategic application pattern: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-first-then-outside, addressing difficult areas first, and using a criss-cross technique for thorough coverage.
5. Tailor the coating thickness and layer count according to the fire protection grade standards set by design experts and fire authorities.
6. To maximize adhesion, ensure the initial coating is ≤ 0.4mm thick. Proceed with subsequent layers only when the prior one is completely dry, meeting the total thickness as designed.
7. Maintain an optimal construction temperature between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity under 85%. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, fog, or when steel surfaces are dew-laden.
8. Once the fire-retardant coating reaches the required thickness and is dry, apply 1-2 layers of a specialized fire-retardant topcoat (color customization available) for both protection and decor. Coloring the base fire-retardant coating is not advisable.
9. Allow a minimum of 24 hours between each coating application to ensure proper layer setting.
10. Refer to the latest product test report for precise construction dosage and coating thickness requirements at various stages.
Notes
1. For airless spraying, use specialized equipment. Avoid over-diluting the coating, as it compromises adhesion. Cease construction if wind speeds exceed level 5, to ensure quality application.
2. Carefully manage the application of our product during construction to guarantee that the coating's thickness precisely aligns with specified requirements, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
3. Store in a safe environment between 0-38ºC, ensuring complete separation from fire and heat sources, and protect from direct sunlight to maintain product integrity.
4. The product is designed for a storage period of 12 months, ensuring reliability and quality throughout its shelf life.
