Construction Technology

1. It's imperative to decontaminate and rust-proof the steel substrate, applying a minimum of two coats of premium anti-rust primer to assure longevity.

2. Once the primer dries thoroughly, meticulously remove dust and grime before applying the advanced fire-retardant coating for steel structures.

3. Prior to use, the product must be stirred to an even consistency. Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying. If necessary, dilute carefully, keeping within 10% of the total coating volume to maintain consistency.

4. Adhere to a systematic approach: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, from inside to outside, tackling complex areas first, and ensuring cross-coating for optimal coverage.

5. Determine appropriate thickness and layering based on design specifications and fire safety standards for comprehensive protection.

6. To ensure robust adhesion, the initial coating's thickness should not exceed 0.4mm. Subsequent layers can only be applied after each preceding layer has dried completely, until the desired thickness is achieved.

7. Maintain a construction environment between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity levels under 85%. Avoid application during adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or when condensation is present.

8. After achieving the specified coating thickness and ensuring it is fully dry, apply 1-2 layers of specially formulated topcoat for added protection and aesthetic appeal. Coloring the fire-retardant base coat is not recommended.

9. Ensure a minimum 24-hour interval between consecutive coatings to optimize adhesion and performance.

10. For specific dosage and thickness guidelines, always consult the latest product test report to ensure precision and efficiency in application.

Notes

1. For airless spraying, a specialized sprayer is mandatory. Avoid over-diluting the coating to prevent compromising adhesion. Construction should be halted if wind speeds exceed level 5, ensuring safety and quality.

2. We meticulously oversee the product dosage during application to ensure the coating thickness precisely meets the required specifications, guaranteeing optimal protection and performance of your structures.

3. Store in an environment maintained between 0-38ºC, ensuring the product is kept away from any fire or heat sources, and protecting it from direct sunlight exposure for longevity and safety.

4. Enjoy peace of mind with a generous storage period of 12 months, allowing flexibility and convenience in your project planning.
