Construction Technology

1. Begin by decontaminating and rust-proofing the steel structure substrate, applying a minimum of two coats of premium anti-rust primer for optimal results.

2. Once the primer is fully dry, ensure all surface dust and dirt are removed before applying the steel structure fire-retardant coating.

3. Prior to application, thoroughly stir the product. Apply via brushing, rolling, or spraying. If viscosity is high, dilute with a suitable diluent, keeping dilution within 10% of the total coating volume.

4. Follow construction guidelines: top to bottom, left to right, inside first then outside, and difficult areas before easy ones, applying layers in a crisscross manner.

5. Determine coating thickness and layering based on fire protection grade standards from design and fire departments.

6. To ensure adhesion, the initial coating thickness must be ≤ 0.4mm. Apply subsequent layers only after each previous one is completely dry, until total thickness aligns with design specifications.

7. Maintain construction temperature between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity below 85%. Avoid construction during rain, snow, fog, strong winds, or condensation on steel surfaces.

8. Once fire-retardant coating thickness is achieved and dried, apply 1-2 coats of specialized topcoat for protection and aesthetics. Coloring the fire-retardant coating is not advisable.

9. Ensure a minimum 24-hour interval between applications of successive coating layers.

10. For specific construction dosages and thickness at each stage, refer to the latest product test report.

Important Notes

1. Use a specialized sprayer for airless spraying. Avoid excessive dilution to preserve product adhesion. Do not proceed with construction if wind force exceeds level 5.

2.

3. Store in a meticulously controlled environment of 0-38ºC, ensuring safety by keeping away from fire and heat sources, while also preventing any exposure to sunlight.

4. Enjoy peace of mind with a reliable storage period of 12 months, providing extended assurance for your investment.
