Product description
Durable Outdoor Ultra-thin Intumescent (Oil-based) Fireproof Coating for Steel Structures
Our product combines the robustness of acrylic resin as its foundational component with the highly effective P-N intumescent flame-retardant system, engineered with cutting-edge American technology and produced through a fully enclosed automated process. This ensures remarkable resilience against harsh weather conditions, water, acids and alkalis, heat, salt spray, and ultraviolet radiation. Beyond its strength, it offers exceptional adhesion, extended fire resistance, and a visually pleasing finish.

Construction Technology
1. Ensure the steel surface is thoroughly decontaminated and rust-proofed. Apply a minimum of two coats of premium anti-rust primer.
2. Once the primer is dry, clean off any residual dust and dirt before applying the fire-retardant coating.
3. Stir the product thoroughly before use. Application can be done by brushing, rolling, or spraying. If necessary, dilute sparingly with a suitable diluent, keeping it within 10% of the total volume.
4. Follow a precise application sequence: top-to-bottom, left-to-right, inside-before-outside, difficult-before-easy, and cross-patterns for even coverage.
5. Align the coating thickness and layers with the fire protection standards as specified by design and fire authorities.
6. To ensure optimal adhesion, the initial coat should not exceed 0.4mm. Subsequent layers can be applied only after the previous layer is fully dry, ensuring the total thickness adheres to design specifications.
7. Maintain construction temperatures between 5ºC and 38ºC, with humidity below 85%. Avoid application during adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog, high winds, or when condensation is present on the steel.
8. After achieving the desired thickness and complete dryness, apply 1-2 coats of a specialized, optionally colored, fire-retardant topcoat for added protection and aesthetics. Refrain from coloring the primary fire-retardant coating.
9. Ensure a minimum interval of 24 hours between successive coats.
10. Refer to the latest product test reports for precise application dosage and layer thickness instructions.
Notes
1. When opting for airless spraying, use a dedicated sprayer. Avoid excessive dilution as it may compromise adhesion. Refrain from application when the wind force exceeds level 5.
2. We prioritize the meticulous management of product dosage during application to ensure that the coating thickness consistently adheres to the specified requirements.
3. Store in environments with temperatures ranging from 0-38ºC. Ensure the product is kept away from sources of fire and heat, and safeguard it against direct sunlight exposure.
4. The product boasts a storage period of 12 months.
