1. Introduction:

2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes shot or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to St3 level for optimal preparation.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity <85%, and wind force ≤ level 3. If substrate temperature drops below 5°C, halt construction as epoxy resin and curing agent reactions cease. Avoid construction on rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, and be cautious of morning and evening condensation during outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. Continuously stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, maintaining the proper powder to liquid ratio to ensure the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats as recommended.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours for best coating quality; exceeding this period may compromise results.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, seal tightly and use promptly to avoid losses from reactions with water vapor in the air.
