2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly shot blasted or sand blasted to an impressive Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed to a pristine St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is always 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the essential reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, halting construction. Avoid outdoor projects in rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions and during morning or evening when condensation may occur.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure mechanical stirring to achieve an even mix of component A, which should then be thoroughly combined with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to avoid sedimentation that could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, potentially compromising the paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing in 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. Once mixed, utilize the two-component paint within a 5-hour window to maintain coating quality.
5. Securely seal any remaining curing agent immediately after use to prevent unwanted reactions with atmospheric water vapor, safeguarding against potential losses.
