2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or rust manually removed to St3 level for optimal performance.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature should exceed the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react, halting construction. Avoid outdoor work during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure component A is mechanically stirred to achieve uniformity before combining thoroughly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be at least 70μm, completed in 1 to 2 coats.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours, as exceeding this duration could impact the coating's quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent container is sealed tightly after use and consumed promptly to avert losses from reactions with moisture in the air.
