2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to St3 level for optimal results.

3.Construction conditions:
To ensure efficacy, the substrate temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Avoid constructing on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days and during morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure component A is evenly mixed through mechanical stirring, followed by a thorough mix with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise paint film quality.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be at least 70μm, achieved through 1 to 2 coats.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should generally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, cover it tightly and utilize promptly to prevent loss from air moisture reactions.
