2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or carefully rust-removed to the high standard St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C higher than the dew point. Maintain relative humidity below 85%, and the wind force should not exceed level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, requiring a construction halt. Avoid construction on rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days, as well as during morning and evening condensation when working outdoors.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, perform mechanical stirring to mix component A thoroughly, then integrate it evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is essential to avoid sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, potentially compromising the quality of the paint film.
3. To achieve superior coverage, it is advised to maintain a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as needed.
4. Once mixed, it is ideal to utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours; exceeding this time frame may negatively impact the coating quality.
5. After the curing agent has been used, seal it immediately and use it promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with ambient water vapor.
