2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to an impeccable Sa2.5 level, or manually, with precision, rust-removed to an outstanding St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal results, the substrate temperature should surpass the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind conditions kept to a gentle breeze (≤ level 3). Construction should be paused if temperatures drop below 5°C as reactions between the epoxy resin and curing agent cease. Avoid outdoor construction during inclement weather such as rain, fog, wind, sandstorms, and during morning or evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A to achieve uniformity, then seamlessly blend with component B for a perfect mix.
2. To maintain the integrity of the coating's quality, it's essential to regularly stir during the application process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the balance between powder and liquid.
3. For optimal protection, a dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, with 1 to 2 coats for maximum effectiveness.
4. It is advisable to utilize the mixed two-component paint within a 5-hour timeframe post-mixing to ensure top-tier coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is open, tightly seal and promptly use it to prevent deterioration and losses from air moisture reactions.
