2. Surface treatment: For optimal results, the steel surface must be meticulously prepared, either by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or through manual rust removal to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions: Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should cease if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as this halts the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent. Avoid construction during rainy, foggy, windy, sandy conditions, or when condensation is likely, such as early morning and late evening outdoors.
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4. Notes: Pay careful attention to these essential guidelines for optimal use and performance.
1. Before use, use mechanical stirring to mix component A evenly, and then mix it evenly with component B.
2. Regularly stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can cause an imbalance in the powder to liquid ratio and affect the quality of the paint film.
3. It is recommended that the dry film thickness be ≥70μm, and 1 to 2 coats be completed.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint is generally used up within 5 hours. Exceeding the time may affect the coating quality.
5. After the curing agent is used up, it must be covered tightly and used up as soon as possible to prevent losses caused by reactions with water vapor in the air.
