2. Surface Treatment:
Achieve optimal results by preparing the steel surface through shot or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or removing rust manually to St3 level.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity remaining under 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If substrate temperature falls below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react. Schedule outdoor work to avoid rain, fog, wind, sandy conditions, and morning or evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly blend component A with mechanical stirring before combining it with component B.
2. Maintain consistent stirring during the application to prevent sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio and preserving the paint film's integrity.
3. For best results, ensure the dry film thickness reaches ≥70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain optimal coating quality. Delays can compromise performance.
5. Upon depletion of the curing agent, secure the container tightly and use promptly to avoid deterioration from atmospheric moisture.
