2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should cease when the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react. Avoid construction during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, as well as condensation in the mornings and evenings for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend it evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and diminish the paint film quality.
3. For optimal results, ensure the dry film thickness is ≥70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats.
4. The mixed two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal it tightly and utilize it promptly to prevent loss due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
