2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to the efficient St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
For optimal application, ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by a minimum of 3°C, with relative humidity below 85% and wind force no greater than level 3. Construction should pause if the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease reacting. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, and avoid morning and evening condensation during outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Begin by thoroughly mixing component A using mechanical stirring, then combine it evenly with component B to ensure a homogenous blend.
2. Maintain periodic stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm and complete 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to preserve coating integrity.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, reseal it tightly and expedite usage to avert losses from exposure to atmospheric moisture.
