2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually refined to a resilient St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Exercise caution on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and avoid morning and evening condensation during outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly engage in mechanical stirring to achieve an even mix of component A, then harmoniously combine it with component B.
2. During the coating process, routinely stir to prevent sedimentation that can disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance, potentially compromising the paint film's quality.
3. For optimal results, the dry film thickness should be maintained at ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within a 5-hour window to preserve the coating's integrity.
5. Following the use of the curing agent, ensure the container is sealed tightly and used promptly to avoid undesired reactions with airborne moisture.
