2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be treated meticulously, either by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust-removal to St3 level to ensure optimal adhesion.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature is below 5°C, epoxy resin and curing agents stop reacting, halting construction. Avoid construction on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and during early morning or evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, blend component A uniformly using a mechanical stirrer, then integrate with component B thoroughly.
2. Stir regularly throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which compromises the powder to liquid ratio and ultimately the quality of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. Use the two-component paint within 5 hours post-mixing to preserve the integrity of the coating.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure the container is sealed tightly and utilize promptly to avoid degradation from moisture in the air.
