2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or rust is manually removed to a clean St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature remains at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid embarking on projects during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and watch out for condensation during early morning and evening hours for outdoor tasks.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then combine evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, potentially affecting the paint film's quality.
3. It is advisable to maintain a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal performance.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure the highest coating quality; exceeding this time frame may impair results.
5. Once the curing agent is used, seal it tightly and employ promptly to prevent any losses due to reactions with atmospheric moisture.
