2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust-removal to reach St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
For optimal application, ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent halt reactions, requiring a pause in construction. Avoid outdoor application during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, and steer clear of morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Continuously stir during the application process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-liquid balance and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats.
4. After mixing, it is crucial to use the two-component paint within 5 hours. Exceeding this timeframe may degrade the coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal it tightly and utilize it promptly to prevent any losses from reactions with water vapor in the atmosphere.
