2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or, alternatively, manually rust-removed to a high-quality St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature is crucial: it must exceed the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity kept under 85% and wind force maintained at ≤ level 3. If the temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. To ensure optimal results, avoid working under adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, strong winds, or during periods of morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, component A should be thoroughly mixed with mechanical stirring for uniformity, followed by blending with component B for a consistent mixture.
2. Consistent stirring during the coating process is essential to prevent sedimentation, which can lead to an imbalance in the powder-to-liquid ratio, potentially compromising the quality of the paint film.
3. For optimal performance, ensure a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, with the application of 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours to maintain coating quality. Exceeding this time may lead to diminished effectiveness.
5. It is imperative to cover the curing agent tightly after use and consume it swiftly to prevent loss due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
