2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared, achieving Sa2.5 level through shot blasting or sand blasting, or manually reaching St3 level for rust removal.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal results, ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity below 85% and wind force no more than level 3. Construction should pause if the temperature drops below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions like rain, fog, wind, sand, and during morning or evening condensation for exterior work.

4.Notes:
1. Thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, ensuring uniformity, before combining it with component B for a consistent application.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation that could disrupt the powder-liquid balance and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, with one to two coats recommended for best coverage.
4. Use the two-component paint within 5 hours of mixing to maintain coating quality, as exceeding this timeframe may impact performance.
5. After using the curing agent, ensure it is tightly sealed and consumed promptly to prevent loss from reaction with atmospheric moisture.
